Integrated Tube Cutting, Tube End Forming & Left/Right Tube Bending Machine
This machine integrates automatic material cutting, tube end forming, and 3D CNC tube bending functions. It can automatically complete coil straightening, fixed-length cutting, tube end forming, 3D automatic tube bending, and manipulator unloading.
- It integrates left and right bending functions, enabling left and right tube bending to be completed in one pass with rapid switching between the two modes.
- The tube bending head features an all-new design, eliminating the four-link clamping mechanism for reliable clamping and excellent clearance for interference avoidance.
- Equipped with informatization interfaces, enabling seamless connection with the factory’s production management system.
- Optional one-machine dual-die or one-machine four-die configuration is available.
- Equipped with one active material rack or an internal pull-out material rack.
