Full-automatic Chipless Cutting, Pipe End Forming & Bending All-in-One Machine (One-Drive-One)
This machine integrates automatic material cutting, tube end forming, and two sets of 3D CNC tube bending functions. It can automatically complete coil straightening, fixed-length cutting, tube end forming, 3D automatic tube bending, and manipulator unloading.
- It can also operate independently as a 3D CNC tube bending machine or a cutting machine, with each unit working separately.
- Adopts chipless cutting for material processing.
- Equipped with informatization interfaces, enabling seamless connection with the factory’s production management system.
- Capable of continuous operation for up to 20 hours per day in the long term. Protective devices and warning signs are installed on all personal safety-related components.
