FK-64型 旋压封口机

Model FK-64 Spin Sealing Machine is a new generation of automatic equipment developed by our company for tube-end sealing of thin-walled copper tubes using spin-forming technology.It adopts the working mode of fixed workpiece + rotating tool for spin sealing, which can fully meet the sealing processing of long tubes over 1 meter in length.The workpiece does not rotate during processing, which greatly improves the safety performance of the machine.

By improving the clamping dies, spin sealing can also be realized for copper tubes that cannot be processed by rotating the workpiece, thus enhancing the machine’s adaptability to different products.

 

This machine adopts servo feeding and servo tool feeding, controlled by PLC.
It features simple programming, high repeatability and stable performance.
