DXG20 CNC Punching & Flanging Machine
DXG-20/38/80 Series CNC Center Hole Punching & Flanging Machine is a special equipment designed exclusively for flute tube processing. It can process copper tubes, aluminum tubes and steel tubes with a diameter up to 80 mm and wall thickness within 3.0 mm.
Mechanisms such as clamping and lifting adopt hydraulic control, and workpiece positioning (X and Y coordinates) is driven by servomotors.
The whole machine is controlled by a microcomputer. Parameter setting and operation switching are carried out through the touch screen interface, which is simple and convenient to operate. It can store processing parameters for more than 100 products.
This machine features outstanding stability, high repeatability and high efficiency. By changing the dies, holes with a diameter of Φ8~Φ35 mm can be processed.
