Fully Automatic CNC Short Tube Cutting Machine (Saw Blade Cutting)
This machine is specially designed for straightening and fixed-length cutting of copper coil tubes, adopting saw blade cutting.
It adopts synchronous belt feeding driven by a stepping motor, and is equipped with a touch screen operation interface. The feeding length and speed can be conveniently adjusted and set freely on the human-machine interface.
The whole machine consists of the mainframe straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, cutting and clamping mechanism, saw blade cutting mechanism, discharge rack, pneumatic-hydraulic system and electric control system.
