Automatic Loading & Unloading for Tube Bending Machine
This equipment is an auxiliary device for CNC tube bending machines, used for tube loading and unloading.It is suitable for loading and unloading linear tubes with a diameter of Φ6 ~ Φ19 mm, saving labor costs.
According to different unloading manipulators, it can be divided into two types:
- Pneumatic loading & unloading machine
- Servo loading & unloading machine
According to workpiece lengths, it can be divided into three ranges:
- 100 ~ 450 mm, 100 ~ 800 mm, 100 ~ 1200 mm.
- In addition, vibratory bowl feeding can be used for short tubes (50 ~ 100 mm, 50 ~ 150 mm). It is also suitable for tubes that have undergone tube end processing.
