Fully Automatic Small U-Bend Tube Bending Machine
This machine is a fully automatic special equipment for producing short U‑bend parts for air conditioners. By changing the dies and guide parts, it can bend copper tubes with a diameter of Φ7 ~ Φ15.88 mm.
Feeding, clamping & mandrel feeding, sawing and bending are driven by pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. Electrical and pneumatic components are imported or high‑quality branded products.
The machine processes two copper tubes at the same time, with high fully automatic production efficiency and stable performance. It is an ideal equipment for manufacturing short U‑bend products.
